To make a long story short.... my phone stopped working over four months ago!! I ordered a new one, and was told I would get it in 3-5 days. Three months later, and a ton of phone calls later I got it. Sent to the wrong address 7 hours away, after I called and changed the address three times!! During that period of time I was charged $350 for not sending my original phone (I was supposed to send it back once I got my new one) After a few dozen calls to DHL and the post office, I discovered they didnt know where it was either. So I requesting a search of the phone's serial number, the first one they lost the paperwork, so I had to call back for another one. I finally got the phone three months after the initial order.... two weeks after that the battery stopped working. I called three weeks ago and they said they would send out a new one. I just called today, and they "lost" the paperwork again!! And I was then told that I would need a new phone, not a battery, and it has been on backorder. Which I was never told when I called. Like another post, I call them and ask for a manager...and they ask me to explain to them what is wrong, after I do they finally get transfered to a manager where I get to explain it all over again. I have seriously explained my story to probably over 50 people. And when I ask what kind of business they are running, and if they can explain why there are so many problems, they have no idea!! They are now sending me a new phone, and it should be here in three days.... I was wondering how to contact the corporate office, because I will not be explaining my situation again. PLEASE HELP ME!! E-mail me at skybrie8@comcast.net

Just email them make it short and to the point don’t need the drama, if it checks out they will make the correction and maybe issue credit for cost of handset and problems have had

The longer the inquiry, the more crap that must be read the more likely you won’t get it resolved, now did I have to tell that to you in a long paragraph icon_wink.gif

HI breezygirl

my suggestion is you have to contact either the BBB or the FCC to make your complainning, your situation is very normal if you used TMobile as your wireless service provider, that was the way Tmobile made money. good luck

I too am having trouble getting a refund after I cancelled my T Mobile account and switched to Alltell Wireless. The T Mobile plans are too restrictive. Atttel lets me change my service anytime I want without signing a contract and T Mobile wouldn't let me change my Smart Access plan until the expiration of my 1 year service aggrement...even though I cancelled within the first 30 days. The won't even let you sign another service agreement, not that I ever would, until the expiration of the 1 year initial contract.

In my opinion, it is criminal that the Corporate Offices do not have a listed telephone and I'm fairly sure it's against the FTC Act and perhaps other Federal Regulations.

As a retiree, I have plenty of time to resolve this issue and trust me, I WILL prevail.

actually no it's all companys do the Smart Accesss and u can change your SmartAccess rate plan to another SmartAcess Rate plan with in the first 14days of Service without signing a new agreement. also to change to a regular service u need to have 1 year of sercvice and with the last 6months of good payment history.
