I was using P2Kman, not P2Ktools. Installed P2Ktools and it worked.

I am new to this. Can someone pls help me figure out what I need to do to download p2k so that I can download wallpapers, ringtones, etc to my v3c. I hae the motoloa phone tools disk but cannot find the v3c driver.

Download motorola p2k tools i posted a web site that has it on the site before page 10.
But in order to transfer files you will need to connect your phone to pc and install correct drivers try following this

I deleted some tones from my phone using p2k and then found that I could not access my ring styles dettail. I used pst then to remedy this and it did allow access to all the detail profiles(loud, soft, vibrate and vibrate then ring) except my vibe and ring. I am using a v560. Help.

Could you be a little bit clearer. When the phone is not connected I see the a menu containing fix ringtone and vibrate detail in the wide column to the left but when I connect my phone that menu disappears and is replaced by two folders titled common and v series and none of them link me to previous menu. Could you please tell me what to do. I'm online now and anxious to fix my phone.

the fix ringtone detail option should be under common
