Use p2kman to upload the gain_table.bin file. Use the program and instructions in the how to seem edit tutorial.
The offsets are listed at http://www.xlr8.us/hofo/map.txt

Also I can not get it to reconize my phone.
What do I do when it detects my phone but asks for software or asks me to pick what software when I hook it up to the USB port?

No adverts at that site - its the map of the offsets you need to change.
For how to get connected refer to the getting connected section of http://www.themotoguide.com/
