In my opinion: yes, but it's smaller than the 6600 accourding to the stats, which I can't believe.
6260: 102 x 49 x 23 mm
6600: 108.6 x 58.2 x 23.7mm
When I've seen it in a Nokia shop and held the phone I was a bit disappointed

6260 has Symbian OS, has mono mp3s and clamshell
6230 is a "normal" phone wit stereo mp3s

That are the main facts which are different... the rest isn't that important.
I guess you mean with "beta" better...
Stereo is better of course.

I don't know what the maximum length of time is on the phone memory but i've had it over a minute. The longest i have recorded a video was 1 hour and 17 minutes and that was with a 512MB RSMMC, the video size was only 41MB
