I know it's bugging but can you access to all the feature you need to do thing you wanted to do? so does it matter if it's initialize or not?

I can access the features like the MultiMedia studio, but it will not allow me to transfer the ringtones and such as there is no connection to the phone.

In the media center I do see my computer's files. But can not move them to the phone. I installed the driver update you sent and I still can not move anything to my phone. Anything else that might fix the problem?

I do see the folder for the phone but they do not allow me to click on them. I used the patches, drivers you sent. Now if I right click the file I want to transfer, it does give me the option but hte gives me a fatal error and the MM Center closes. Two of the updates you sent... when I tried to install them told me they were not compatible with this version of the program. The Phon Tools Suite 3.01 and 010611002004.uk.00 were the files that did not work.
