Hi,
I downloaded a couple of games from 3Gupload.com and when I decided that I did not want them I tried to delete them from my phone and the phone would not let me delete them. I have them stored on the memory card and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to get these games off of my phone. Their not doing any harm to the phone but I only have the standard memory that came with the phone and dont want to waste it on stuff I'm not using. Thanks in advance for your help.
David.

Hi David,
Honestly I wish I have a proper solution to your problem. Infact I face a similar problem as you.
How I solve it? Well first I format my memory card... then I do a full format to my phone.
Everything is gone now.. just like brand new...
Start reinstalling everything all over again hehehe

I really appreciate your advice but I have no clue as to how to format a phone or the memory card on it. Maybe someone can give me some instructions. Greatly appreciated in advance.

DPA,
just go to the application manager in the menu list and select the games u need to uninstall. u dont have to format the whole memory card. may be u might have tried to directly delete the game. never do that. always go to the application manager and just select game and delete. this also holds true for any application installed on ur cell
bye
take care.

Yes try to delete the game/application first. If that fails.. then only resolve to formating your memory card or phone.
To format your memory card on N6600 go to "Extras" folder and select memory. In there there is an option to do so.
As to full formating your phone [beware everything will be gone, you have been WARNED!!!]
1. Off your phone
2. Hold the GREEN dial button, * button, and 3 then turn on your phone.
Only let go of the 3 buttons once you see the word formating on your screen.
Let it format and voila everything back to default.
Good luck.

Before I posted this question I tried going into the application folder and the games were not even there. I really want to avoid formating the mmc because I really dont know what I'm doing and I am afraid I will do some kind of damage to the phone. I paid too much for it and dont want to risk it.
I guess I'll just ignore those games and to be honest they are not really taking up that much space on the card. I will buy a new card at some point with more memory. Thanks for all of your help.
