T-Zones is simply a feature that allows you to access the wap-based Internet sites, if your handset allows Internet access you should be able to use the Motorola V620 handset but you will have to substitute when you register the handset with one of the same models for example selecting the Motorola V600 handset, as long as it is the same manufacturer and similar features, however if you ever need to troubleshoot the handset because T-Mobile does not support the handset would probably be unable to help as they do not have the users guide for the handset

call customer service, give them a quick explanation and say you need to be transferred to data support, have them send you the settings or t-zones for the v600 ... you will be up and running in 15 minutes... problem solved... ive done this for at least 5 phones before

Check the features on the Motorola V620 handset to see if it offers Internet access to wap based sites that’s what T-Zones is basically
If the handset requires the use of a sim card you can use it with T-Mobile service but you need to check to see what features that the handset offers against what T-Mobile also in the event that you need troubleshooting T-Mobile reps will unable to assist as they do not have the user’s guide for the handset
Again check the handset to see if there is a quick access feature on the handset for Internet access

For the most part T-Mobile Tech support will help you out any way possible, even with a un-locked phone they do not carry. They are helpful and do their best considereing.
Now for Gosh sakes don't have a billing issue or a broken phone issue!
Peace

if u want t-zones u can either go to ur local t-mobile store or call customer care on a different phone they will use a Device over the air configurator and will send u a browser message to ur cell phone and it will install and configure ur phone to go on t-zones, i've done a bunch of unlocked phones with that configurator
