I have the same problem and have installed the drivers properly and is connected to multiflashflex but it still wont let me flash, but it will let me flex. I have installed the right patch and whatnot and followed all of the instructions. Does anyone know where i can get PST even if i have to buy it? Thanks.

Hi!
Can I use this program with serial data cable? It doesn't want to recognize my phone.

Well as stated apologies in advance....
I'm new to all this GSM / Phone modding and "things" and have only just stumbled across this forum.
Well, i've only been at it one day now... and I think I have everything needed to go all MAD SCIENTIST on my Motorola V3 RAZR. I have one problem I need help with...
I have PST 7.1.1 and whenever I try to open the MultiFlashFlex.exe it pops up with a couple windows loading something first...
PST Framework window:
" Searching WIBU-BOX with 768:16777215 in the network. "
then after they disappear it pops up with...
MultiFlashFlex window:
" Error: PST Initialization failed! No Secutiry key detected! "
So can someone with some experience/knowledge PLEASE tell me what it means... Also how do I get/create/detect a key?
Sorry if this is dead simple, but i'm new... Also, do these modding programs P2K, PST etc etc etc all work with USB cable?
Reply soon, as all my hairs nearly gone from scratching my head! lol!

You are missing the patch for PST.
Try to locate RSD Lite - its newer and easier to find

Okay, i'm going to post this without being sure if it's allowed to be asked... (Not 100% on the rules and regs of this forum)!
Basically, the low down is, I obtained a V3 RAZR from a friend for a cheap price as a present for my nephews birthday. However when I gave it to him, big wow... It didn't work.
Should of expected that for £10 really shouldn't I?
Anyway, I think it's blacklisted... Reported lost/stolen (by the same **** who sold it to me) so he knows has a replacement one for free... Is there anyway to unblock/unlock/un-blacklist it myself?
If there is then just say "YES" if not then say "NO".
I'm not asking you to break the law, just to tell me if it's possible for a home pc user to do it, if it is possible.. Then i'll keep trying until it's done!

If it is blacklisted then the only way would be to change the imei which is illegal, and we are not allowed to discuss that.
However if you describe the symptoms then I can tell you if that is the problem or not

Well to put it bluntly... It wont register any sim. Tried multiple sim cards, from different countries too (don't know why thought it's worth a try hey?).
Is that the symptoms of a blacklisted phone?
