im not good with phones and i was wondering if you need software or is there a code to unlock a phone that is locked, you cant ring out off it or anything. samsung blocked it. the phone is a E700. thanks

i tried it with and without the sim in it and with the phone on? is the code suppose to work? im a little bit clueless. do you enter it into the phone in a special way? when i enter that code in, *2767*---# comes up on the screen not *2767*688#. is that suppose to happen?

u cannot unlock ur phone by codes u have to buy cabel for it and download software
cabel is PCB133LBE
software is S500 service tool
