Update: if you try another sim card this still wont work as quoted before it's a phone issue and it needs to be repaired by your local s.e service centre.

i just got my k300i this morning and soon as i switched it on it came up "configuration error.please contact your network operator or service centre." thinkin this was just cos i hadnt registered my orange sim card, i called up n registered it. Still same error msg appeared wen i turned on the fone. so i contacted customer services who told me to bring the fone back as they didnt know how to fix it! altho wen i advised him i had bought it over the internet he advised that all mobile fones bought from orange over the internet are black listed as stolen, incase the drivers steal the fones. and so he took my imei number and order number and sed that he wud get the black listin removed and the fone wud work fone! this happened and now it does! so i hope this'll help ne1 else comin accross this problem regardless of their network!

To all the people with this prop.
Download PhoneXS and do a customization.
How to do that:
Start PhoneXS
Click connect
Remove phone battery.
Reinsert battery
Plug usb cable into phone while holding c.
Then choose custum.
Select you CDA.
Takes +/- 4 hours.
Done.
