Wow! I have been monitoring this thread and a few others that are similar. You guys sure have your opinions for one another.

I just start using T Mobile since NOV. and alreayd had so many problem.
-  Service is really bad. Very low everywhere.
Phone is bad too. died in the mid. of the call of drop call.
Last 2 months, they charged me for a lot of min. that we didn't make. Each fone call that I made, they multiplize them up to 11 times. So I had 11 calls to a number on a row. They made it like that most of the calls for my last 2 months. I call in 5 times, even talked to a so called "manager" or some kind of "the supervisor" and still get a same answer " those calls are valid and we won't dispute them for you"
Some of them even told me that we forgot our fone somewhere so people used it. Hey, How can I and my wife forgot our fone somewhere for 60 days.....hahahahah ...stupid people.........they need more education before becoming a something called "rep" . STUPID.
If anyone in this forum had the same issues or anything that want to team up to make a big claim against T Mobile, please contact us. I had all of reps' name and numbers. We should right a letter to BBB , FCC or anyone who will help. I am writting a letter to CNN and some local TV station to publish this.

I'm actually debating between staying with Verizon or going to T-Mobile right now, but I have to say Cingular actually seems to have the best *plans/rates*, not T-Mobile. Unfortunately, all my research seems to suggest Cingular has the worst customer service in the industry. Which is why I ruled them out.
The network is my foremost concern with T-Mobile though. Even though I'm happy with Verizon, I need a new phone desperately and just don't know if I can do a 2yr contract. The T-Mobile family plan with the two Nokia phones is looking awfully good. |
tell me, how are cingular's plans better than t-mobile's?

um, if you send a letter to someone, have your wife write it. If you send one that you write they will think it's a joke and a child wrote it, your spelling is horrible

Yep we suck...  only Cellular service provider in the history of the united states to win JD power and associates customer satisfaction award 2 years in a row. And wow the plans suck only the cheapest in the united states. Some people's children lol.

Funny thing is, its usually the people that should fee lucky to have a cell phone without a huge deposit.

yeah it deff. depends on where you live if your gonna get t-mobile service...I guess right now you don't, but that doesn't mean you never will. in my personal opinion, I don't like lg phones...I just think they are cheap and I can get more for my money with other phones. cingular has a nice coverage map with nice phones (excluding the lgs) and their roll over minutues, but nothing can beat t-mobile customer care
