I'll just make sure I'll post every month, just to make sure my post doesn't get buried. People should know what's going on with Terrible-Mobile Mickey Mouse phones.

In regards to the advertising where 5x5=26 and the illicit shopping cart races in a crowded supermarket, I surmise this indicates the mentality or intellectual level of those that are preferred for users of the services. There could be several reasons why such potential users would be targeted and/or preferred. These type of ads, coupled with the apparent attempt by the "carrier" to sell off it's tower inventory could indicate the way business has been done in the past is catching up with the "carrier"

T-Mobile has decent reception within NYC but their network is flooded and unavailable in the evenings. Often I get "We're sorry all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later." It is ridiculous, I sometimes have to wait 15 minutes before I am able to make a phone call! They signed up millions of new subscribers but their network now is overloaded and I can't make a dam call when I want. Its not like this has happened only several times, it happens very frequently.
I'll have had it with T-Mobile, unfortunately I signed a one year contract with them in August and are stuck with them until 2008. They remind me of AT&T about 10 years ago when they had a lot of new subscriptions and I could not make a call and often would have calls drop.
Is there anything I can do to get out my contract due to T-Mobile providing extremely poor service?
Thanks I appreciate any advice on this.

T-mobile is alright if you plan to stay in one area. Seeings how my family and I travel around the us alot we encounter alot of dead spots.
In my hometown I get service in the city, but when I go home which is like 10 mins from town my phone gets like one bar if that.
As for their customer service, I didnt find it all that helpful. Some people said that when you call they are all eager to assist you with any of your issues. They are happy at first, but hardly ever get the answers you are looking for. I hate having to repeat myself over and over again before they finally get what I am asking.Great customer service you say? No, not really! They act as if you are speaking a foreign language. I wouldnt recommend T-mobile to anyone who travels.

Doubt it. There is like a $200 etf that you will have to pay. It sucks, just stick it out. I did. I have had that same message before, it pissed me off too, but what can you do? Sorry that you fell into the trap too.

Phone is bad too. died in the mid. of the call of drop call.
Last 2 months, they charged me for a lot of min. that we didn't make. Each fone call that I made, they multiplize them up to 11 times. So I had 11 calls to a number on a row. They made it like that most of the calls for my last 2 months. I call in 5 times, even talked to a so called "manager" or some kind of "the supervisor" and still get a same answer " those calls are valid and we won't dispute them for you"
Some of them even told me that we forgot our fone somewhere so people used it. Hey, How can I and my wife forgot our fone somewhere for 60 days.hahahahah .stupid people.they need more education before becoming a something called "rep" . STUPID.
If anyone in this forum had the same issues or anything that want to team up to make a big claim against T Mobile, please contact us. I had all of reps' name and numbers. We should right a letter to BBB , FCC or anyone who will help. I am writting a letter to CNN and some local TV station to publish this.
GO people. |
um, if you send a letter to someone, have your wife write it. If you send one that you write they will think it's a joke and a child wrote it, your spelling is horrible |
OH my for the love of.whoever and all that is considered holy? DO NOT GET TMOBILE.
Disrespectful. Un helpful. BY FAR the worst customer service EVER.
Verizon is a little more pricy but you get the BEST service and customer service is lovely. They will bend over backward for you and even waive extra fees if u cry enough.lol.but not tmoobile. they will charge you until you go bankcrupt.
