Thats not counting the towers that they have exclusive rights too. Your phone is probably the problem. Next time you want to talk bad about a company do your homework. (Also LG phones blow) | BAHAHAHA NO, Actually T-Mobile has like half the coverage of ATT including roaming. Cingular won't allow T-Mobile users to roam everywhere. T-Mobile wont work at my house at all, but Cingular and Nextel do.

Cust care has been very bad for me. Tech support, even tier 3, have given me conflicting answers on service issues. It took 16 calls over 4 weeks to finally get a straight answer. JD powers didn't call me about my satisfaction. I'm very disappointed in the way I've been treated with two lines at $100/mo.

Are some of you people for real? First of all you are a dumb ass if you say T-Mobile has poor customer service. Check out who won JD Powers like 5 times in a row for the cust service and dont complain you dont get perfect service because I doubt you have perfect payment history. So until your a perfect customer shut the hell up about the service. And the roaming agreements are correct, so if another service provider has coverage so do you. Call T-Mobile and have them change your settings from manuel to automatic. And if your still mad, punch your self in the face a couple times for me

Well, let me start off by saying that I work for T-Mobile in their customer care and that I do know for certainty that we do not have roaming agreements for all cingular towers. We have half or so. I can say as well that when I dont have service neither does cingular. If you havent heard yet then if you have trouble with you home service then you can get the @Home service and get unlimited calling at home. For 10-20 more a month then you could have perfect coverage at home and unlimited calling. If not then you could still have perfect coverage as long as you have an internet connection and a wi-fi phone that they just came out with. Dont start saying oh my god they have to be exspensive, because they are not. They are 49.99 for a 2 year contract. Also, I remember someone talking about having to sign a contract or some sit and guess what that is with and service provider. Also, dont believe all of those stupid commercials about mycircle from alltel, because if you have 3 lines on the acct you get 10 contacts for the whole acct. Atleast with myfaves you get 5 contacts no matter how many lines you have. Also, talking about that we are charging for 11 back to back calls, while hello are you "pocket dialing." Also, we know what we are talking about, because we can see the IMEI number coming from your phone. If its the same then no one can still that. It would be showing up differently. Hello we have no reason to lie to you stalker. Maybe you should just stop trying to call you gf when she doesnt answer the first 3 times.

Why doesn't t-mo offer some sort of intermediate data plan to compete with sprint vision at the $20 per mo level? Since they have blocked app access over t-zones on java phones. I don't need full internet just an unlimited wap connection.

People keep saying they have "blocked app access over T-Zones". I've been able to use Gmail, Google Maps, and Opera Mini with no problem on both of my Motorolas with T-Mobile Web (formerly T-Zones), even before unbranding them.

Where are you? Here in portland or my nokia 6230i, unlocked and unbranded, has been unable to connect for the last month. It also can no longer stream audio or video. Do you know what access point you are using? Is it wap.voicestream.com ?
