Well, I disagree with that T-Mobile sucks. Even though i think it does suck when you compare it to european networks, I think it's the best provider in the USA. I have a prepaid service and I don't get any coverage at my house. Nobody here gets coverage, so I don't care. Prices are great. All I miss from T-Mobile Poland which customer i was (also prepaid) is International Roaming for Prepaid. Everywhere. I came here I used to have my T-Mo Poland prepaid sim card and it worked. That's all I want. Roaming outside of the North America. But USA GSM networks are changing right now so I think it will come someday. Probably when I'll have monthly plan lol.

In response to a previous post . . . 40 cent overages are an industry normal. And calls to Timbuktu will cost well more then 40 cents a minute. I don't believe anyone has a responsibility to pay half your bill if you didn't hear everything right the first time. When you sign the contract you take responsibility, it's yours, you should know whether or not something is covered, and if it costs more.

Very true, Alltel's my circle does only have 10 free phone numbers per account and mobile to mobile calling. It's a good thing too, I'd hate to have a 5 phone account and have to use several of my free phone numbers just to cover my family.

I was finally able to get out of my T-mobile plan after serveral months of complaining.

Those of you who are bitter because people don't like T-mobile. Are either deeply disturbed individuals, people who are happy with their plan (although I do not know why you would rank someone out for it). Or you are corporate posters who are TRYING to shovel it fast and furious.

My friends ancient phone with ATT gets 5 clear bars in my home. Where as I do NOT get ONE bar unless I put the phone out by the window and talk on my bluetooth. I have been stating this to T-mobile ad nauseum.

When I finally got out of my plan, WIHOUT HAVING TO PAY THE $200 CANCELLATION FEE PER PHONE BTW. Which every single operator told me I would have to pay for 3 phones. I got ATT/CINGULAR and I LOVE IT!

I get AT LEAST 3 TO 5 BARS IN MY HOME. I haven't dropped a call yet or in broad day light or passing by a glass of water as with T-mobile.

(section deleted) I figured you corporate posters got the message.

Ok maybe I'm being too harsh, but T-mobile really does suck. And their software on the Razer made me ban Motorla products from my cellphone diet forever. There's .5 second lag to every click using a headphone or bluetooth. With ATT/Cingular it's instantaneous and I can dial from my address book without having to look at it.

Advice: If you're going to make a crappy product, don't advertise it and make people even angrier with your bad programming. For this reason alone in combination with the bad service I would call to complain to T-mobile endlessly. You don't need some crappy animation or .5 second or more lag in your software to ADVERTISE how inferior your product is. I think if you paid programmers a million dollars for your software someone owe's you some money back.

To T-mobile.

Don't you realize your own ADVERTISING agency is making fun of you?

First your slogan was: Stick Together?
Because you Suck!

Second: The kids with the shopping carts?
"Phones for power losers, not power users"

Third: The father who can't multiply 5 x 5 ?
That's the kind of people that would be unwittingly stupid enough to buy your service.

Can't you just FEEL THE SUCKNESS?

Someone in your COMPANY or Ad Agency is probably a disgruntled T-mobile user as well

JUST FYI

(section deleted) but will re-post if I see anymore bs from corporate posters.

BTW ATT/Cingular also works overseas with a sim card.

Why don't spend more money on improving your service INSTEAD of your lip service?

A Happy ATT/CINGULAR Customer.

I'm working on my love letter to ATT/Cingular right now. Do you think flowers and candy is too much on a first date?

Anybody curious as to why the "carrier" is trying to sell off it's tower inventory? Maybe the answer is quite apparent.
