Do you have MPT yet? if you do it in there   If you don't you need to get it cause driver alone will not do anything

yes, i have 2.21b. I used to have a V60 and want to use the USB connector, but the software apparently does not have the USB driver for the V600.

It's in the mpt, inf folder under program files of windows.

Have you be able to run the software i mean do you have problem fire it up?. I you do you may need MPT 1.23 if not here is what you do.
Go to device manager --> modem>>property-->update driver-->chose specific location then pointed it to sample C:\program\MPT that should install the driver in MPT

Hi, just wondered if u can help me, got data cable and software for my motorola v600 but cant get it to work,
on device detection is says
opening motorola usb modem
but then
not accessible or in use by another application
any help would be great, as ive tried for 2 days now!

Youmay have had BT running or some other program, close all and just runn MPT. To make sure use task manager to close out all program including MPT then re run it again
