I cannot access the file manager using the GPRS program i got from samsung.com ... Selection is greyed out

ALSO... I want to upload java games on my phone... The links to the http://www.hrjiwani.web1000.com/HTUJG.htm site simply does not work... Where else would I be able to download the Java Uploader?

If you open the options of the ringtone itself on your phone you should be able to select delete. This does not apply to default tones, though, which can only be removed by flashing over them. As for Java uploader, there is no reason to worry about the site being down. The program will not work for an x426. The only way to get games so far is WAP

What files are you trying to get rid of? I thought we were talking about ringtones. I'm not talking about doing it from your computer, either. I am talking about on the phone itself.

Go into your funbox, play the sound, and while it's playing, hit the left softkey to bring up the options....should let you delete from there.

Flashing is Up/Downgrading your Firmware (Phone's OS). by modifying your firmware you can remove the preinstalled ringtones and pictures but you wont get more space for your custom things but you can replace them with your own stuff.
