yes did update already - i had a v220 untill last week - do i need to set up new phone ? wonder why it works with some of the futures

Yes, you do need to create a new phone file. I know for a fact that the V400 does work with mpt. I have one of my own and it works for me.

ok did that and new face plate and 400 shows uo but same thing i can do date book - but nothing else

sorry - i added new phone and now the rite phone shows up - i can date book - and phone book -cant do any thing in multimedia studio -and i can send text - and i can do a mms session - i want to transfur pics and ring tonez to my cell -

Did you installed 1.23 and 2.16 update or is it a cd installed?
What verison after your final update say?
Is the multimedia icon not lite and the rest of the icons are after you run mpt?

it will open the studio but never showes any thing on rt side of window i try to transfur pic and it trys but comes back and said faild ? i can transfur the calnder and phone book too ...
