I don't understand why this error is so common with you guys, if you download MPT and install the driver from the MPT directory you really shouldn't be missing anything.

Am I missing something? Although feel free to email me if you still need it.

Well, although I don't think its that hard, I've got to keep in mind that most people don't care to get as comfortable with their computers as we do. But thats why were here, to aide them in it.

I used to be able to use the CD...but when I tried to install the CD again, the problem occurred.

First and foremost: This file is easily found by pointing the search to the MPT directory as it should be located there. Second anyone with such email servers as yahoo and hotmail will not beable to open them as it sees it as a harmful file. However if you still think you don't have it email me and I'll send it regardless, thanks for your time.

I'm going from 3.11 to 3.25 and it keeps asking me to find the Generic_Serial_Driver\MotoMdm.inf. I have tried pointing the install to every MotoMdm.inf I could find on my computer and none of them work.

Please help or email

Win XP Pro SP2
Dell Inspiron 8500 (no USB hub or docking station)

View my guide, location is clear enough for MPT, (C:\Program Files\mobile phone tools)

I found your guide but this problem is during the install of MPT. It says that it can't find a file (MotoMdm.inf)

If its in a .zip file that may be one thing, otherwise it may be corrupted install. Try uninstalling anything it may have installed, re-download and try again.
