Ok I sent you that file so see if that helps. When the instal asks you for it just direct it to where you placed the inf.

i have problems. too ..when i got to dowload the driver it says the file "COMP_MDM.INF" on serial disk is need...where is that located

What verson are you installing? remember you need to install 1.23 first. But if you are installing 3.11 it is in the inf file. for sample C:\program\mpt\inf

i installed 3.11 and that driver worked but some times when i try to go to ringtones or pics sayes can not connect to handset ? phone book works and date book .. cant fig out why

What model is your fone? and does the skin shown is the right on if not it winn not fully function, and you said some times? so there other time it's work ok?

i have a v400 and the skin is a v220 how do u change skin to make it work ? i never have been able to get into ringtonz pr pic but i can do date book and phone #s thanks for your help
