I installed PST and connected my phone to the data usb cable, and when I click New-> KJava File, and then click the icon, Read Data From Phone, it never connects. I keep getting an error message saying Phone Not Connected, please connect and power up the phone.
And the phone is connected to the data cable already. What is wrong?

You disable serial ports under settings, and highlight automatic detect in PST CONFIG?

Upon pluging the phone in for the first time and running pst, did you installed a series of drivers? There should be about 5 of them?
If not, uninstall the modem driver, and reinstall the driver found in the pst folder under program files.
If you can't find it or unable to install it. Email for the p2k driver.

You were there. Go to control panel, phone & modem. Locate the phone modem. Right click and select delete.

plug the phone in the usb port. Windows will ask for the drivers. Direct windows to the pst folder. If that does not work, direct windows to the p2k driver I have send you.
You wil install series of drivers with it.

You tried different usb ports? What version of PST are you running. Did you install the unipatch as well?
