I finally got my MPT working. I synched my PC with my motorola v220 phone. However, I had a lot of contacts in outlook that had a lot of addresses, and emails, home phone numbers and cell numbers all in one V-card, but the phone separated it all. For example, if i have a cell number, an email, and a home number for my friend aaron, in outlook its all in one place, but in the phone, it makes 3 separate entries for aaron and the name shows up 3 times in my address book on my phone... Anyway of making it all one entry?

I know it's capable somehow because in the v220, if you go to address book, pick an entry, and pick more, there is an email field, and another number field.

Im not sure what you mean. I followed your instructions but, I clicked on phone book in MPT... There is no "menu" key in there. Only on the big phone picture interface... And even when I do that, there is no phonebook menu.

These settings are from my V600. V220 maybe be slight different. Try this.
Go to one of your contacts.
What option do you see for your left middle and right soft keys?
For mine, it is back, menu (3 bars), & edit
If you have the menu key, click on that.
You should be in phonebook menu
Look for setup
Follow the list I post early.

By doin this, you should have one name and all the emails, phone number under it.

Ok. I just upgraded to 3.11... I still have no clue what your talking about. When you say, "go to one of your contacts" in what way do you mean? I have the phone book open, and I have the synchronization view... I do not see any soft keys or anything like that... Is there another way to view contacts?? icon_question.gif
