i am sure this is addressed somewhere in the archives of this forum but i could not find it ... when charging the v400 it seems as tho when i initially connect the charger i lose charge (as indicated by the battery meter). does this mean the charger depletes the battery and starts fresh with the battery barely charged so as not to create a "memory" ? and how long does it take the v400 to fully charge normally ?

also, why is it not possible to have the phone vibrate and ring at the same time ? i found that odd.

one more question ... how do i increase my rings before voice mail ?

thanks phone guys ! icon_alien.gif

fivefour:

The vib & ring feature will not go on at the same time. It will ring and vib one at a time.

The charger will scan the phone for the exact batter level and start charging from there. When it is charged, it will prompt 'charge complete.'

is that due to the vibrate rattling the speaker and causing distortion ??

that's all i can come up with ...

I hate to say it, but I've been searcing for a couple of hours and can't find an answer about how to lengthen the ringtime on the v400, although there was one post that said to call customer support and ask them to increase it. Is that the only solution? The post here seemed to imply that there was something to try on the phone itself.
