I bought the USB Data Cable that I was told was required to download pics taken with my V220 to my PC. I've run the disc, and tried everything!! STILL I can't get anything to come across!! Does ANYbody have ANY answers that might help?!?!?!

Chances are the cd that came with your cable is not the right software to transfer ringer/wallpaper to phone or vise versa. You need something like Mobile Phone Tools.
Checkout motorola or bvrpusa.com sites.

I thought so, too, at first, so I sent the first one back and ordered a replacement (making SURE that it was for the Motorola V220). I got the second one, same thing... I'm not trying to transfer ringer/wallpaper, I'm trying to transfer pictures that I've taken with the camera part of the phone, over to my computer. Any suggestions?

Use PSKman or MSS or MPT. Either one of those softwares will do it. How you get it is your business but those are the ways to do it. Once you receive your software come back here and well be glad to assist you in downloading them if you need help.

I have a v220 phone and I got my USB Cable hardware into the computer and it recognizes my phone & I got mobile phone tools installed and everything pretty much works except that in mobile phone tools it doesn't have v220 in the list of phone models it shows, all it says is use generic usb modem. so I do that and then when it shows the phone picture, the picture isn't the same as my phone looks. and I can't find out how to transfer anything.
Please Help!
