I let it install like it wanted but it said error so I didn't mind it and mine still works. Im running SP2 with PST 6.9 on the 6.7 patch. Mine works flawlessly so idk what your problem can be exactly. Maybe you have a bad cable or cable connection. By the way be sure the phones not connected durring the install of PST.

Did you install the patch correctly? Thats the reason I used to get that same error. I installed the patch incorrectly or not at all.

another quick question on Victor GSM or MSS 3.5.8 i get thi smessage how do i put my phone into flash mode?Error initializing TCI (phone is in flash mode?)
I already turned it off then back on while holdin g *and # together

Remember you have to do read fone every time to insure connection establish

Do you still have PST running? make sure it is off

its completely off i have no other programs running that use the USB connection with the phone.
