I have a moto V220 and have downloaded Mobile Phone Tools Deluxe, and when I plug in my phone it does not find any drivers. I have called the software people and they directed me to Motorola and my operator had trouble with the problem. But anyway to make a long story short.....my phone is not able to be connected to my computer (I suspect) is that my machine is not finding any drivers??????????
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks G.

Did windows prompt for new hardware found? The driver is located in the mpt folder under program files.
Did you install software first, do liveupdate, than plug in phone last?

Just got off of the phone from BVRS tech support, it seems that everything is O.K. but my usb cable is not a Motorola that is why it is not dectecting what it needs. Do I really need a motorola branded cable for this software to work with my phone?

I got my cable off of ebay or $20 with desktop charger. It works for me.
