Hi All.
Downloading the DRM Packager is the right thing to do yes, but you also have to configure it to apply the right DRM Method.
The SE V800 Vodafone uses the "Forward-lock" method, which means that you have to open DRM Packager >>> Options >>> and in the DRM Method drop down box choose "Forward-lock".
Select the files you want to protect and then send the ".dm" file to your phone via bluetooth, IrDA, or USB data cable.
Only then will the phone allow you to set your custom mp3 files as ringtones.
