thanks a lot, but the problem is that the PC can not find the phone, no pare, no conection betwen pc and V505.

This guide is taken from a dlink BT model. However, it may be useful to troubleshoot XP with SP2 install.

In fact, I have done this several times, still stuck.
now I a' working on WinXP SP1. the same problem, phone cannot be detected.
is this a problem of widcomm software? No idea if they have restrictions to IO gear users.

Note, you MUST be able to establish a Bluetooth connection to your phone from your computer in order for this to work (e.g. "My Bluetooth Places").
This is my real problem, I can't do it.

This is what i heard from aguys in germany that work with XP.
"without one special Update :
ROLLup - KB 826939 -Update, which has a lot of "little" updates inside and allways cause problems to a lot of my programs,especially banking security software and so on".

now I give up sp2. But I have the same problem with win2K and XP sp1. the driver is IOGear, no phone found. no bt conection.
IOgear BGU 301, moto v 505, win2k just not match!
any body have suggestions?
