Hey Ranjit, how you doing?
What city of KSA do u live in?
So I was wondering, did u manage to get ur P800 camcorder capable with the Philips software? Infact, did u find the philips software?

hey man...doing fine....i live in riyadh,dabab st. ...u too live in riyadh????.....well as my p800 has a really old firmware i am not able to install camcorder.....infact my sis has the later firmware and camorder works good in it.....as i cant find any SE service centers around here to upgrade the firmware i am struck....but my sisters p800 had the new firmware at the time of purchase itself....so if ur gettin 1 b carefull tht u dont get the 1 with R1D firmware........i guess the latest 1 is R2F............best of luck....Ranjith

Hey Ranjit.. I originally live in Jeddah..
But for the past few years am living in Canada. I visit KSA every summer. 
Anyways, I have to old firmware too but will get it updated here on monday hopefully. I was wondering if u could email the camcorder program so I can try it out as well? If u can email it then my email address is addo966[at] yahoo.com

hi how are you? sory but i have a p800 too and i have the same problem, i can intaled...what can i do? and i have another problem, i cant make back ups of my phone or restore it...because when i am ask to restart it it appear a warning signal that it has a malfunction and i have to press for 10 seconds the restart botton..
can you help me please, in my country is not available this model so i dont have a technician service..
