You've got to do something about your writing
For bluejacking: write a note or make a fake contact and send it via bluetooth, that's all.

With "fake" note or contact I meant you write a note or contact which says "I've bluejacked you" (or whatever you want!) and just send it via bluetooth (options, send, bluetooth).
It's very easy, but not all people accept messages or the phones automatically reject them. It's only fun at public places with many people. The chance is got to catch some people with activated bluetooth.

Doing a google found many information on bluejacking an additional software too.
Take a look at bluejackaddicts.com and mobiluck.com for starters.
But the basics is: go to phone book, write message in name field of contact, save, send, send contact via bluetooth and then pick your victims phone. enjoy.
