Phone Model: motorola v3

im tryin to connect my motorola v3 razr to my pc via usb i have installed the software i then put the telephone in when it tells me and the clock just goes round for ages and then nothin happens.
i get a phone up with the message phone image not available.
i read the how 2 but it was for bluetooth, does nebody know how to do it on usb

btw forgot to say that i plugged my phone in to the pc before i installed mobile phone tools and windows acknowledged and found a driver for it and installed it fine

Do the opposite. Unstall software first, than plug the phone in for the driver.

yup tried that already. also tried installin the driver from the mpt folder but no joy

What version is your mpt? Light, deluxe or full version? Didyou do a liveupdate?
