Dear Vxxxers,
Does V505 using different subsidy locking system than V600? I flashed/flexed my V505 with the newest V600 flash and flex, but it still show subsidy code...
But I used the unlocked flex.
Please advise.

Well here is my offer afterall the flas, flex are done and fone is still lock then i can unlock it for you for free.
That is if you are trusting this Old_Fool enought to pay for postal service and send it to me, i'll unlock it in 15 second and send it right back to you. That's if you dare to trust me  like i'm crazy enought to do it for free

I got smart clip is a device that will going to change a few bits in your fone enought to unlock it with out mess up your fone performance or feature. The two best method to unlock, best one is caculating IMEI# to give out lock code and then smart clip or unlock clip, third method is dangerous but fun and that is flex, flash mod your fone to death? careful you might kill it. The two best method does not void your warranty. In this case the new V505 can't be flash to unlock so far and this is a second time i see this so there clear as mud?

Could you indicate where are you? I will then PM you for your exact address.
Also, sounds like you are an experienced Vxxxer, do you know where are those bits in the phone? I suppose they must in the end of boot_loader since the phone actually booted. It must not be in the flash/flex, right?
I feel shamed for not being able to unlock it myself as a professional working on phone processors.

Im locate in Salt Lake city UT and you can email me cause PM borad in this froum is turn off, and io'll double check on my smart clip to make sure i can unlock for you befor i eat my words 
BTW you don't have to deleted anything if you don't want to and if i can do it i don't need simcard either just the fone fully charged. I don't know what exacty or where in the flash the clip design to change guess that would be a secrect of the mart clip rogrammer.
There is noting to be ashame a bout, this country teck was advance to high everything became specialize so one can be expert at one field but not all.

Well you may get a visit from relatives if I get my phone. My sister in law has family near salt-lake so next time my bro and sis in law go down there to visit maybe I'll have them visit you with my V400 christmas present. But as for what the smart clip does I'd imagine it just deletes a specific file that makes the phone search for the SIM's security sectors. After the security is broken you can do anything with it i suppose.

Are'nt you going with them?, that would be nice to meet you in person hey and if you are skiing person you'll love it here, but it's cool though i don't know how much longer my aching bones can handle this weather

They changed the flash in the boot loader to unlock and the new fones like V3raz, V551, V980 those newest fone has new boot loader. Now it is going to take smart clip a while to catch up. I have heard that even MSS could not read those Fones, motorola realy drop the bom on hackers this time. It's very interesting to see how fast they can hack the new boot loader
