Tmobile has a very detailed coverage map at http://compass.t-mobile.com/
UPDATE: login as the following!
Username: tmobile
Password: getmore
but ironically they do not give public access to this map. If you are a tmobile customer you have a right to easily access this information. Please call t mobile at 1-877-878-7326 and demand to have access this detailed map.
You can search the map by city, state, and address. The map shows coerage with different shades of color. At this time only dealers and tmobile its self have access to this map. Tmobile remember we are the customer and your coverage map is there for our benifit.. so open up access to atleast your customers.

yeah i can go on that site only because i am a direct dealer....we are actually required to ask customers if they want to search areas.

thats bullshit, customer should be able to access a nice detailed map, it would probally boost sales for T-mobile too because they would be more honest then any other service (besids Verizon, they have a new interactive superzoom map thing)

it's a tool to help us in the stores, just like we have direct numbers to customer care those were once posted in another forum, until we got them taken down because customers that should not have the numbers were taking adavantage of them.

if tmobile dosent have anything to hide who cares?? from your last posts im thinking sales people have alot of BS and not alot of info to tell a customer...if i owned a company i would give out the info cuz it would boost my sales...

wow that's great, you called someone out on a typo.
some sales people do bs the customers but the reason the personal coverage map has a login area is mainly for doing activations. you see, whenever we activate a line we're supposed to show a personal coverage check to the customer, it's manditory. we login with our id and they track it to make sure we're doing our job. also, if you haven't noticed we have a campaign showing we stand behind our coverage that way we can show you how coverage is at your house. Maybe t-mobile will come out with something like this for the consumer, but for now it's supposed to be only for reps and you shouldn't be posting this info for everyone to see. if i was a moderator this thread would have been deleted the moment i saw it because it gives access to something that is confidential to t-mobile.

First Tmobile in my area dosent sand by anything, Im not saying you dont stand by your word and i know you do bc I am sure you enjoy your work. 2nd I know its not confidential beacuse i talked to a CSR manager and a Corp Store Manager. They said as long as i had the "universal" Login its fine they dont care. IE check out the loging and user name - what they told me was that its used so they can see how many people look into the system so when they deploy it it helps them use it as a gauge. Im just tellin ya, and this thread wont get banned, unless your a tmobile lawyer.
