Bitpim allows you to transfer Sounds, Images, and Address book settings to and fro your phone, using a USB cable. You can get a USB cable on ebay for like $9, and it plugs into the charging port of your phone. The only problem I have had with my LG VX6100 is that Bitpim only pulls 20 pictures at a time off my phone, so I then have to go in again and delete them and pull more off. Hope I could be helpful/annoying.

I bought the datapilot sotware (DP200-134 for LG6100) for this purpose. I got it from Chumbo.com, It was about $35 with free shipping. I installed it on my PC and everything works fine. A little advice, after I loaded the software I went and got the updates BEFORE PLUGGING THE PHONE TO THE PC!! Also DO NOT connect your phone till AFTER you have installed and updated the software!!! But you should have no trouble after that. OH, one other thing, when you do connect your phone it might display a message that it can find your phone. Not a problem, just manually find your phone in the list and do it that way. Also I learned that you need to use the Datapilot cable. My friend went and bought an aftermarket cable and I loaned him the software. Didn't work! I hope this helps and good luck!
