I have the above settings in my phone (unlocked 6820 from ATTWS), and I get an Authentication Failed Error, followed by Connection not available. any thoughts?

manually verify the settings below... they are case sensitive
Select Menu by pressing the 5-Way joystick.
Note: To select, press in on the 5-Way joystick.
Scroll to Services and press Select.
Scroll to Settings and press Select.
Scroll to Connection settings and press Select.
Scroll to Edit Active Service Settings and press Select.
Verify the following settings:
Settings' Name: MEdia Net
Homepage: http://device.home
Proxies: Enable
Primary Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
Port: 80
Secondary Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
Port: 8080
Data Bearer: GPRS
Bearer Settings:
GPRS access point: wap.cingular.
Authentication: Normal or Secure
Login Type: Automatic
Username: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (case sensitive)
Password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive, displays as "****")
Once the browser settings are configured, please select it as the active web session:
Select Menu by pressing the 5-Way joystick.

Scroll to Services and press Select.
Scroll to Settings and press Select.
Scroll to Connection settings and press Select.
Scroll to Active Service Settings and press Select.
Scroll to the appropriate "settings name" and press Activate.
Attempt to access MEdia Net.
now your MMS settings
Select "Menu", by pressing in on the Joystick.
Select "Messages".
Scroll to "Message Settings", then press Select.
Scroll to "Multimedia msgs" then press Select.
Scroll to "Connection Settings", then press Select.
Scroll to "Edit Active Multimedia Settings", then press Select.
Verify the following settings:
Settings name: Multimedia
Homepage: http://mmsc.cingular.com
Proxies: Enable
Primary Proxy: wireless.cigular.com Port: 80
Secondary Proxy: wireless.cingular.com Port: 8080
Data bearer: GPRS
Bearer Settings
GPRS Access Point: wap.cingular
Authentication Type: Normal
User name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
Bearer Settings: Select then choose "GPRS Access point".
Press Back until the main menu appears.
Scroll to "Messaging" and Select.
Scroll to "Multimedia Msgs", then press Select.
Scroll To"Connection Settings" then press Select.
Select "Active Multimedia settings", then press Select.
Select "Multimedia", then press Activate.
The screen should read "Multimedia Settings Activated".
Attempt send an MMS message.
