What do you mean I have to send it to someone? Wouldn't it just work if I put my ATTwireless SIM card into the phone?

I found a website that has it (unlocked) what is that supposed to mean? If I buy that (unlocked) V620...will it work with the ATTwireless network? Like....do I have to call ATT and ask them to activate my phone? Because I'm just planning on upgrading my phone icon_smile.gif
.

The provider has a lock code in you fone program the stop you from using some other carrier, so if you buy a fone fromm AT&T you can not use it with Tmobile, but if you unlock it you can use with any provider well except Nextel. So if you travale ou tof the contry for while with the lock fone if you want to use it you have to sing up for international and it cost about$3 to $4 per min. But if you have a unlock fone you just buy the local sim card and use it there dirt cheap when you arrived.
