There ya go!! Will work perfect, make SURE you have POP enabled in ur gmail settings on your computer or else it wont work period!! Also, it will take a long while the first time you connect because it will download every single message in your inbox, UNLESS you select, "Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on" In Gmail>Settings>Forwarding and POP>POP Download

Hey, thank you for the **correct** settings so I can send e-mail directly from my new v551.
I guess I never looked into it enough before, because with my last 2 phones (T720 and v60i) it never worked, I tried but I never got the settings down pat. I did the whole ([email@domain.com message] txt message sent to 121 for e-mail.
The attachments work properly too. Thanks!

I tried all the correct settings and I can email from my phone no problems. I can't seem to receive anything though. It always comes back with 0 out of 0 messages received.
What am I doing wrong?
