Hey guys just bought this having issues pairing them can anyone help, the phone recognizes the device, but will not find it. I go to bluetooth --> handsfree --> (loook for devices) --> it will find and list the device, but when I select it, it seeks for the headset, but no connection is made... can anyone help is there an easier way to do this?
Thanks
James

Has the phone been paired first? Hold the talk button on the headset until the light remains on and is steady. Then go to the phone: bluetooth/setup. Set power to on. Then go to handsfree. It should find the headset and ask if you want to pair the two when select. Select yes and enter the headset pin number which I believe is 0000 for the HS820.

One slight addition to Choobok's instructions. If this one has a boom mic that swings open, I believe you have to hold the button down with the boom folded. When the light comes on and is steady as Choobok describes, swing the boom open and then do the pairing. I think you only have 60 seconds to do so once the light glows steady. Also think that 0000 is the code. When it pairs correctly, the blue light on the headset will blink several times.

Well, I couldn't tell for sure when I looked at a picture of one. I use an HS810, which does have a folding boom mic, and the instructions above apply
