I have all the programs to be able to send things to my v220. My computer recognizes it and the program can connect to the phone and it shows me all the files in my phone. When I send a wallpaper to my phone it says it recieved it on the program but I cant find it on my phone. Where is it?????

If you're able to download files to your phone with no errors, did you check under multimedia, pictures menu. It is not there? Where have you tried to look in?

I have looked through multimedia and my pictures. I still cant find it.

I have looked through multimedia and my pictures. I still cant find it. |
Do a master reset on the phone. code is 000000 if you have not changed it.

Hmmmm. Are you able to set it as wallpaper under personalize menu?

Set what as my wallpaper? there isnt anything new besides the pics that came with the phone

I don't own a V220; the menu keys are slightly different than the V600. On my phone, there is a feature call personalize under settings. This is the list in the personalize:
Homescreen
main menu
color style
greeting
wallpaper
screen save
quick dial
I wanted you to go to wallpaper and see if you are able to find the missing files. I have a feeling it is not visible but are installed in the phone. If you have p2kman, you would be able to tell if it is hidden by looking at the attribute number beside the file name.
If you checked the personalize and is not there, I don't know what else to think. Have you tried to reinstall the wallpapers? Use different ones?
