I have the settings I need but tmobile has locked the"web session" icon making it difficultto change the browser settings

Hello, I have a unlocked Motorola V620 and ATT is my carrier, when I try to access the web, it says, "GPRS Network is not available" Is there any thing I can change in settings to get access to internet/web. Thanks

Hello, I just purchased an unlocked Motorola A630. Tho I haven't gotten it yet I've made the initiative to call Cingular for the correct internet settings for this phone to work. Good luck and I hope this works for all of you that need it...(' ')

Can you Please help[....
I purchased a Motorola A630 Unlocked from Ebay, but it has the TMobile insignia on it. I poped in my Sons Cingular sim card, and the voice communication works fine, but the AIM function will not work. How do I go about getting it to work on Cingular sim Card. Presently the phone is functioning on a TMobile Sim, but I I have twelve days to cancel service....Please Help.....Thanks.....Frank

What the browser settings are is not the problem. The problem is that TMobile has locked way to navigate into Web Sessions, making there no way a person can simply change the browser settings to use the internet with another carrier. I asked a TMobile rep and he said you have to contact TMobile and try and get them to give you the code to unlock the browser settings menu, but apparently that is not easily done since they arent really happy to assist someone using another service.

could you post the link to said info from howardforums please so the rest of us can try the mod. even though i already resold my a630 and got a v80 which i love i still plan on getting the a630 back when at&t comes out with it
