ELMO, HOW DO I EDIT THE INFO BELOW INTO THE A630? PLEASE NOTE THAT I'M WORKING ON A MAC SO SYNCING ISN'T GOING TO WORK.

you dont sync... these are your network settings (how your phone finds the internet)
look in network settings in your phone and edit the info to match

View network information andadjust network settings:
menu > Extras > Settings> Network

i wish it were that easy. all that i have available in that menu are:
new network
network setup/band:type:speed:
available networks
calll drop tone
did i get duped when i purchased this phone???
or is there something that i am missing in the software?

PS - received the phone today. have 3 days to send it back to the woman who sold it to me on ebay

ok... I see the user guide doesnt match the phone...imagine that...
try new network and name it medianet see what happens

all it does is search for a new network...
darn it. could ELMO be stumped on this one??? i would love it if you would accept this challenge with me for the answer...
more reasons why i left TMOBILE.
please help the cause \

I finally have a person who runs a shop willing to look at this same problem with the A630. They also deal with Cingular so it should be interesting. Would you mind emailing me the files also so I could see if it would work on my phone? I have the subsidy code just no web or worse no sound.
I will enable my email when I figure out how to do it.

Hey i have a Motorola V551 unlocked and its branded for Cingular but i am using ATT on it. The internet isnt working how do i chnage the setting for ATT so my internet will work? I called cingular and they wouldnt help cuz my phone is unlocked.
