It is most definitely something the operator should be able to provide you with. SE dont have a record of any PUK codes. Sometimes they will tell u something like "we are currently waiting a responce from SE and cant send u the PUK code till they reply" this is not true the PUK is a network feature and there are no settings you can change on your handset.

You need to contact your service provider for your PUK code. If you put it in wrong too many times it will lock up your sim card and you will need to buy a new one.

Is there other way to unlock it without buying a new one? Can I call Sony Ericsson ppl to reset it or StarHub ppl? Cos I never backup my phone..

Hi, Since you have PUK blocked Sim Card you could call the service provider and request for one fresh Sim Card but with the same contact number. The best thing you could have done is, the first time when the message had popped up you should have taken it to your service centre. They have a sim card reader. They would do it for a fee sometimes. Bye,
