I have a D410 that was working for a month and now is having some problems.
The phone can receive and dial calls, however, both the other party and I can not hear each other. The phone rings when a call comes in, but I can not hear the incoming party. I tried reseting the phone back to default setting; pulled the battery and SIM card, then reinsert....didn't help either. I never dropped the phone, it just acted this way all of a suddenly. Is there a master reset code I can enter into the phone?
Also, there is no tone when I hit any of the keys on the phone. Since the speaker does work (I'm assuming it is, since ringtones work correctly), I'm guessing its a software glitch and I may be able to reset with a reset code?
Thanks for any help!

How do I replace the flex cable? Or is it best to send it back to Samsung?
Why would it get bad anyways?

umair~2004,
Just like what you've mentioned, I plugged my handfree to the phone, turned the phone off, then on.....and it worked....back to normal. Strange glitch....but thanks for the tip!!!
