I have never changed my security code on my SIM card (if you can), but it asks me to enter security code if I try and lock it on my V220. Just curious, Thanks.

If you never changed your security code, by default it should be 000000

I'm talking about my SIM PIN and I did try "000000", but it didn't work. I says I only have 1 try left before my phone will read "SIM LOCKED" and I wouldn't be able to use my card any longer....any clues, or do I just need to go to the Cingular store?

Sorry, I thought you were asking for the security code.
Customer service might be able to help you out. Call them up.
By default, the security code is 000000
and the unlock code is 1234
You better call CS to make sure since you only have one try left.
