Help! Just bought a phone from a friend who had att and I have t-mobile. I would like to unlock the phone without sending it somewhere or hooking up cables. I need the subsidy code. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Yes most of it call MSS you can get a pirate copy for this but to have it work fully you need a thing call security box and usb dongle key to unlock fone and that is when the $600 come in .
People keep posting their IMEI# to get it unlock for free i don't know if any one out that kind enought to do that service for free cuz it cost fom $400 to $600 to obtaoned the program and key, and the service is normally cost from$25 to $40.
Send it to me and i use smart clip to do it for free but then no one want to send out their fone for a stranger too bad .
Sure smart clip cost me but by the time i got all of my familly members fones unlock it worth the price that why i offer to help out

Okay If you have had T-Mobile service for atleast 90 days and your account is current, then you can request unlock codes from them (T-Mobile branded or NOT) they can attempt to obtain Cingular, AT&T etc... sim subsidy unlock codes, no guarentee for non T-Mobile branded phones though. Some reps may not know that we can get different service provider unlock codes but tell them to bring up the form and tell them the previous carrier IE. Cingular for you V3 jaws1432
