am, i did a master reset but that was wayyyy b4 i got it to work.

Well, I am out of option if that didn't work.
Most of the time, if you delete mytone.db & temptone.db + a master reset, it should work.

well, actually as u told me i tried again and it didn't work but thanks alot for trying becuz this is really frustrating me, well if u find or hear anything please let me know

The cause was probably from deleting a ringer that the phone was set to. However, you have uploaded all the files back to phone and in doing so, that gave you back sound. The problem now is getting in your ring style option. I am stumped.
My last option is to flash/flex the phone.

this is the only option, trust me i've messed with enought v600's that i've forgoten to set everything to silent before deleting ringotnes. just reflex it and start all over again
