once I go into the home keys menu it says icons or something like that. list everything that you phone says. every exact word so it helps me

Under home keys, is there a home key setup. On your keypad where you see 3 smart keys above, is there a selection for the middle key??

I go to settings, then personalize, then home keys then it brings up this screen
Scroll up:________
Scroll down:_______
Scroll left: _______
Scroll right: _______
Left soft key: ______
Right soft key:_______
then i can select on each one of thoes and it brings up a list of options to assign that particular arrow like this
Voice notes
media center
ring styles
brew apps
calculator
settings
datebook
web browser
messages
recent calls
shortcuts
phonebood
personalize
and thats it... it was like the first T720 that came out so maybe its retarded...

Ya it could be defective...try to select personalize for all of them and tell me what happened

All it did is make up down and left and right all function as personalize.
so now on the home screen thier is the circle with the arows pointing up down left , right and the icon for personalize nxt to each arrow. pos phone

ya maybe it is actually defective because it is suppose to have a thing that says ICON in that menu

Dude wait don't do that dude they laught at you . Let me get this straight, on your home screen you have a so call navigatior icon which is a circle with four arrows to allow you to set short cut and it is right smack at the midle of the screen right?
Dude that is how T720,T721 come that way unless you have attach camera on it then they loaded an extra software on to hide that... yeah I know it's suck.
Here what you can do flah and flex to upgrade it to T720i. that is what i did to my old dinasor T720 oh well it take one to know one ..ya know what i mean  . Duce here is all new tech that why old man like me handing around here for somthing like this come up
