Guys! I've been reading your messages and I just clearly misunderstand your points of getting T-Mobile rather than get AT&T. I think right now all people just have to go for AT&T only because its customers can use the benefits of both networks for the price of one! T-Mobile's coverage area sucks! That's what I'm telling you... A lot of my friends have T-Mobile... they went for the "better" rate plans, but they are not! AT&T has the most coverage for now (later Cingular is going to be THE ONE).

I was with suncon i mean suncom At@t for 2 years.I own a small company and my cell phone is a must. Suncom at@t had very bad service it was kind of like hit and miss making a call or receaving one and my stress level was at the highest ever in my life the support was by fare the wourst.cinglure did the buy out of at@t that was a good invesment of gathering the at@t market making them the king.one proublem though they own the proublems that at@t all ready had and that is called hit and miss.there plans are good and haveing the 2 networks sounds good .im going to wait to they iron out the proublems of there new customer base and get it to really work .T-mobile will take the market in a whole I feel.this is a game of catch up for them both as fare as im concerned in the states.go to AT@t carrier buy a phone and you get hit and miss signels.go to T-mobile and get strong signel and much better customer service.there are your choices you make the call

Dude! If you don't have the coverage with your t-mobile, you won't have "strong signal"... I'm telling you - people ought to go for AT&T Wireless while it lasts...

realboy the service with at@t has very bad service in most places and it always has.cinglur has bought the at@t proublem and now it,s theres.Im in eastern virginia...virginia beach va .suncom uses at@t,s towers for service wich are now cinglures. If you make the simple move and take a look at the bbb complants on the former at@t company you will see many many complants as fare as service and customer support.it,s a simple click away on the pc.cinglur had the ne market because of good placement of at@t towers as well as customer support.they were strong.now they are week .they own the big tree in the comercial on TV and all of those past at@t customers and there not happy.so what should cinglur do snap there fingers and make it right .there still useing the past company,s they have bought out,s customer service with a new name.the new cinglur has a rocky road ahead to be were they once were and that was maken 88% custmer,s happy for thay have taken on a big proublem in the future.ok now T-mobile they own the overseas market and have been in the shadows picking off of course the x user,s of sprint, verzion, nextel, altell, and of course the at@t,ers.giveing them great service, great rate plans, excelent customer service.Realboy the got the money and the happy customers acording to JD powers.while cinglure is fixing the proublem they took on T-mobile is expanding and keeping there customer base strong.and that will win every time!!!!!!

I'm a T-mobile customer, never have dropped calls after year and half. Live near anaheim, ca, not much signal problems. Customer service is awesome on t-mobile, in fact it's the best http://www.jdpower.com/cc/telecom/jdpa_ratings/wireless/Find.jsp don't listen to YYZ if he doesn't know what he's talking about. Over charged?...gee maybe you should check how many minutes your using rather then blaming the company when you go over.

Wireless Service Satisfaction (Region: West US)
Wireless Call Quality (Region: West US)
Wireless Customer Care Performance (Nationwide)
Wireless Retail Sales Performance (Nationwide)
And correct me if I'm wrong but i don't see neither at&t or cingular getting any awards for anything.

Coverage issues are always going to depend where you live, some companies good in some areas and not others....Each wireless company has something to offer to make up for the areas they lack in... All in all just depends where you live what is best for you... I have Verizon great coverage all over US but the rate plans are high compared to others.. Boils down to what is most important to you, for me it is coverage...
