Don't forget about the Z3 RIZR, its firmware is nearly identical to the KRZR but its a slider and has flash that you so cherish.
As long as the phone is unlocked, you'll be able to use a Tmobile sim.
If you're talking about the Websessions you can always set them up manually through the Tmob. site.

Sliding is really cool. It seems to cost nearly the same amount on most of the eBay auctions I've looked at.
Thank you for your help everyone.
Once I actually make the purchase and receive the phone, I'll probably be back to figure out how to modify it so I could actually get more than 30 text messages and various stuff.
Again, thank you very much!

Just remember modding the Z3 requires a diff program, P2K Commander v. 4.1.0. but it is very easy once you get it up and running.
Phonesource USA has the best price on ebay 2 day fedex included. I got my RIZR Z3 and my ROKR E6 from them, very happy.

Thank you for all the helpful advise.
I think I'll be going with the Blue RIZR Z3.

Um i am wondering if u have found out how to save inbox messages from your sim card to your phone. does the v3 have this option because my outbox automatically saves to the phone but not my inbox.

I just bought the T-Mobile RIZR Z3. Before doing anything major with it, I wanted to unlock it. Just for convinence purposes, and change the txt messages to save to the phone, rather than the SIM card.
But if I do all this. Would it disable or ruin the "My Faves" feature?

On the V3i:
SEEM 0032_0001
offset 9A - bit 1: Messages > menu > Message Setup > Text Msg Setup > Store To: (SIM/Phone) (1 on, 0 off) |
The part about the V3i i can understand.
but, please excuse my ignorance, i cannot understand that part for the V3.
can you please explan it step by step.
i need to save my messages to my sim so that i can transfer my sim to my other phone. it has work related messages and i'm screwed to put it lightly.
please help!
