What chip?? do you mean the sim card???
The voice key is a button on the phone. Check your manuel for where it is located.

i have the v3 but my texts save to the phone. i checked this because i put my SIM into another phone which showed there was only space for 20 texts on my SIM. i also found out the same thing about texts being wiped but it was after putting another SIM card in the phone not just taking mine out. it does give u the option 2 lock texts so i wonder if that'd stop them getting wiped?

I have the motorola razor v3, the newest before the black one came out. i love the camera, however, it will not allow me to email pictures from my phone to an email address. I origionally had cingular's service, however i had the phone reprogrammed to t-mobile about 2 weeks ago. Both carriers allow me to send the message, but it never arrives, or ill get an error message. Is there a cable and/or a program i need to upload my pictures, or can i send them via multimedia text messaging? if so, how? please help me out, i would appreciate it very much.

No, i do not have t-zome. thats the problem, i spent 4 hours on the phone with motorola and tmobile last night. They said my GPRS settings are still set to cingular, they had me change the WAP.cingular in my ip address to was.voicestream.com... thats all they did bbefore they were off shift, they said they'd have some techs from england call me today. I guess, they unlocked my phone for t-mobile use, but my phone has all cingular menus and options.
