There is no difference. There is no phone called "K700", but it can be used as an abbreviation for K700i or K700c.

i bought a new sony ericsson and it stated K700i on the casing, but i checked it out later and it stated as K700c for my phone... so what is all this??

i= INTERNATIONAL
c= CHINA
a=AMERICAS
languages for the region is about the only minor difference. hardware is EXACTLY THE SAME.
The i,c and a designation means nothing unless your in sales or marketing and selling the phone.
My phone is a k750i, the firmware was a customized c firmware (so it had english and other languages).
Its the same phone. relax. you're not getting cheated out of anything.

i am facing problem with my k700i mobile phone, i cannot use it now because its just blinking blank and black. Also cannot turn it off unless take out the battery. I hope you friends can help me.
